If the artist deems the commission request unfulfillable or the ticket holder does not respond to email within 7 days of first contact, the request will be denied and the value of the ticket will be refunded to the original payment method.
Price of this ticket will be deducted from your quote total. Remaining balance of total will be charged after client receives a low-resolution sketch. Depending on method of payment, online transfer fees may apply.
