Please note that as a small business, I am not responsible for mail that has been marked as delivered. For domestic mail that is damaged/lost in transit (has not been marked as delivered), the customer is responsible for filing a claim with USPS, which is automatically insured for up to $100 USD. For UPS packages and in the case you need any documentation from me whatsoever, I am happy to help support your case and provide any proofs of purchase or mailing. Please contact me for any help during your claim process.

For international packages, insurance is now automatically included for the value of your order, but not for shipping. In the case of damaged/missing packages, please contact me with photos of the damaged item or screenshots with the tracking of the item lost in transit and I will work with you to refund the value of the item and/or negotiate a second shipping attempt. Given the long transit times for international packages, please note that a replacement may not always be available.
